We offer a 30 day returns policy on all NON-CUSTOM items from time of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition, with original packaging intact.
To start a return please first contact us on email@example.com. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided as well as instructions on on where and how to send your package. We will not accept returns that have not correctly followed the outlined process.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please ensure you check item upon delivery for any damages and contact us immediately should your item be damaged, defective or if you receieve the wrong item.
We are more than happy to provide exchanges should your return be accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get the desired item is complete a separate purchase upon acceptance of return.
Upon recieval and inspection of return we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember to allow for processing time.
